Do I have to bring anything?

We are preparing everything including skins, sandals, socks and socks, so please do not hesitate to come.
On the day the woman is a white camisole or wide eyes white or beige underwear of a necklace
Men are wearing underwear of black or dark blue V neck.
If you have your own gloves, fur, etc. as a cold weather in winter please use that day.

How long will it take to dress up?

It will be different depending on how long you spend choosing a kimono, however it usually takes 20 minutes for reception and choosing a kimono / 20 minutes for dressing up / 20 minutes for hair setting. It will be about one hour in total.
It will be very helpful if you can expect a longer time during highest season.
As we give priority to the reserved customers, please arrive on time for the reservation. (Please note that if you are late, dressing up will be done after the next person)

Can I leave my baggage and clothes which I take off?

Except valuable items, we can store them free only during our shop’s opening hours.
Your large belongings such as suitcase etc can be left with us for free!

Can I extend the kimono rental period?

A
Kimonos are basically returned on the day, however there is a case where you can extend the returning time to 10am next day by paying extra. Please ask us for the details.
Also, please note that we cannot accept your request of extension if you don’t inform us at the time of your reservation.

Can I return it at the hotel?

It depends on the location of the hotel and date / time, so please ask us.
